Wall Décor & Art →Home décor is the core of what we do. We supply wholesale home décor from China across wall décor, tabletop pieces, lighting and soft furnishings — photo frames, mirrors, clocks, vases, candle holders, textiles and small furnishing pieces — to supermarkets, chain stores, importers and e-commerce sellers.
Because décor programmes are usually wide and shallow, most of our buyers run several sub-categories in one order. We consolidate them into a single container, so one freight cost and one set of documents covers the whole range.
Every programme starts from your retail price points and reference images. We then shortlist factories, produce a pre-production sample, and inspect the finished goods against the approved sample before loading.
Home décor is wide by nature. A single programme can run wall décor, photo frames, mirrors, clocks, vases, candle holders, decorative textiles, small furniture pieces and seasonal decorations, and most buyers run several of these lines together. The commercial logic is consolidation: a wide, shallow range only makes a margin when several sub-categories travel in one container, so one freight cost and one set of documents carry the whole décor department. We build the mix around that reality rather than quoting each line as a standalone order.
Décor is a finish-led category, and finish is where quality is won or lost. Across frames, mirrors and small furniture we confirm colour, texture and plating on a physical pre-production sample, because photographs conceal exactly the defects that generate returns: patchy distressing, inconsistent glare on glass, plating that discolours, and painted surfaces that read differently under retail lighting. Control points are standardised across the department — sample sign-off, a first-article check on the line, and a final inspection against the approved sample before loading, with the inspection report issued alongside the shipping documents.
Compliance depends on the material and the end use, so it is confirmed per line rather than assumed for the whole department. Wood and rattan lines carry fumigation and plant-material requirements for some markets; mirrors and glass are specified for safety and packing; painted and plated finishes may need coatings declarations; and anything giftable or child-facing is tested on the finished product. We confirm the route against your destination country and your customer's own specification sheet before production begins.

Start from the price ladder and the shelf story, then decide which sub-categories have to travel together. A typical décor container mixes a volume line such as photo frames with a mid-tier line such as mirrors or clocks and a small number of higher-finish pieces that lift the average order value. Weight and cube are balanced across the mix so the container is filled evenly, and the loading plan is confirmed before production closes rather than after the goods are finished. This is the single biggest lever on landed cost in a low-value, high-volume category.
What is your MOQ? From 500 pcs per design on stock shapes for home décor; custom mouldings or new tooling carry a higher minimum, quoted per project.
What are your lead times? Sampling depends on the item - about a week for a repeat order, several weeks for a new design, production runs thirty to forty-five days after deposit, and sea freight adds twenty-five to thirty-five days to Europe or the US East Coast.
Can you put our logo on the product or packaging? Yes — branded labels, hangtags, printed inserts and retail cartons, working to your own artwork and dieline.
How do you handle compliance and testing? We confirm the testing and labelling route against your destination country and your customer specification before production, and supply test reports where they are required.
How is the goods packed? Brown cartons by default, with retail-ready, drop-test or compression packing available to suit your sales channel and to control landed cost.
Can we mix categories in one order? Yes — that is the normal way to buy this department: one container, one freight cost and one set of documents across the mix.
How do we start? Send your target retail price points and reference images; we come back with factory options, a sample timetable and a landed cost estimate.
